at last, (cue angel chorus), someone has semi-replicated the ysl trib boot in what can safely be considered an attainable price range. i'm not crazy about the delicate, buckled strap at the ankle (it's a bit at odds with the extreme bad-assery of the boot) but, nevertheless, i'll be stopping into the local aldo tomorrow to give them a proper fondling. additionally, the store seems to be featuring some, slightly more practical, but no less fantastic, flats that are certainly deserving of a good deal of attention in their own right. mommy's coming, babies.
